Daily GLP-1 Companion · a probiotic built for the Ozempic era
Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro are changing lives — but rapid weight loss can be hard on your gut and asks a lot of your liver. We're building a next-generation probiotic companion, headed for clinical trial, designed to support gut comfort and the gut–liver axis while your medication does its work. Built by scientists and doctors.
No payment taken · grounded in peer-reviewed research · clinical trial planned · not a substitute for your medication
A few quick questions about your GLP-1 journey. This is educational only — always talk to your prescriber about your treatment.
We'll email a plain-English summary and let you know when our clinical trial and early-access program open. No spam.
GLP-1 medications work with a hormone your gut already makes. But rapid weight loss can bring digestive side effects, muscle loss and extra demand on the liver — and most "companion" supplements have thin evidence. We're building the one grounded in gut–liver science.
GLP-1 is a gut hormone. The medications amplify a signal your own gut cells produce — which is exactly why the gut–liver axis is the right place to support your body through treatment. Our probiotic is designed to work there.
Designed to support the gut barrier and microbiome during the digestive changes that come with GLP-1 treatment.
Supports the liver's antioxidant balance during rapid weight loss — through the gut–liver axis, where the liver is most influenced.
Rather than adding another drug, our approach supports the natural gut signalling GLP-1 medications already rely on.

Full formulation details are proprietary and will be disclosed through peer-reviewed publication and our clinical program. This is not a substitute for your prescribed medication.7,10,11
The GLP-1 hormone is released by cells in your gut, and travels via the gut–liver axis — the direct line between your gut and liver — to do its work. That same axis is where digestive side effects and liver demands play out during treatment.10,11
Built on the last decade's breakthroughs in the gut–liver axis and engineered next-generation probiotics — a frontier only now becoming therapeutically real.10,11,12
Every mechanism we target is grounded in published, peer-reviewed research on the gut–liver axis and metabolic health.7,8,9
We're preparing a clinical study to measure real effects on gut, liver and metabolic markers. We lead with evidence, not claims.
Most GLP-1 companion products ask you to trust them. We carry out trials to show they work.
Our founding team are PhD scientists and medical doctors working at the frontier of microbiome and gut–liver science — the same fields our approach is built on. We lead with evidence, measure honestly, and will publish what we find.

Our team's published research appears in leading peer-reviewed journals, including Gut, Cancer Discovery and Nature Cancer.
Before claiming any effect, we measure whether the probiotic's active compound actually reaches the body — in both its free and its protected, vesicle-encapsulated form — where conventional oral antioxidants are broken down before they can work. This is the delivery question every supplement skips.
Once delivery is established, a second study measures what the probiotic actually does — first the gut-signalling mechanism that only an engineered living probiotic can drive, then the gut, liver and metabolic markers that matter to people on a GLP-1.
Studies are planned and not yet complete. Nothing here is a claim of clinical benefit — it is our commitment to measuring one. Full formulation details remain proprietary pending peer-reviewed publication.7,10,11
Straight answers to what people on Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro most often search — grounded in current evidence, not marketing. This is general education, not medical advice; always speak to your prescriber about your own treatment.
